Dark, smooth and hoppy, this lighter version of an Irish Stout balances mild hop flavors and aromas with caramel and roasted barley.
“Patsy’s Light”
Traditional Blonde Ale – 4.1% ABV – 16.4 IBU
Mashed with a blend of malted Barley, this refreshing mainstay is brewed with East Kent Golding Hops
"'St. Patsy's' Imperial Irish Red Ale"
Irish Red Ale – 7.5% ABV – 57.4 IBU
Produced once a year in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, this version of our Irish Red Ale is brewed to a higher strength, featuring a more pronounced hop character. Get one while it lasts!
“Mind the Gap"
English IPA – 6.43% ABV – 50.1 IBU
The OG! Modeled after some of the first India Pale Ales ever shipped out of Southampton, this IPA is brewed with crystal malts, and hopped with copious amounts of Golding Hops to mimic that very first bittersweet elixir first brewed in the 18th Century.

Irish Stout – 4.2% ABV – 32.1 IBU
This traditional Dry Irish Stout is brewed with Roasted and Chocolate Barley, Hops shipped straight from the British Isles, and is served in our pub to celebrate the coming of Spring.
“Summer in Brussels”
Belgian Wit / Biere Blanche – 5.2% ABV – 9.1 IBU
A specialty Yeast strain and a generous helping of malted Wheat give this White Ale its’ distinct, refreshing profile.
“Munich Sunrise”
German Hefeweizen – 4.6% ABV – 8,8 IBU
A crowd favorite, this German classic is big, bold, and brewed with heaping amounts of German Pilsner malt, and malted Wheat.

German Helles Lager – 5% ABV – 17.7 IBU
This Traditional German Lager is brewed with the finest Hallertau hops, and lagered for six weeks.
