German Schwarzbier – ABV 4.4% – IBU 23.1
A perfect, crisp, dark lager for fans of notes of chocolate, roasted barley, and the velvety darkness found in stouts and porters, in a light, refreshing lager brewed just for the Summer months.
“Patsy’s Dark” - 7.00
Traditional Porter – 5.1% ABV – 28.5 IBU
Dark, smooth and hoppy, this lighter version of an Irish Stout balances mild hop flavors and aromas with caramel and roasted barley.
“Patsy’s Light” - 7.00
Traditional Blonde Ale – 4.1% ABV – 16.4 IBU
Mashed with a blend of malted Barley, this refreshing mainstay is brewed with East Kent Golding Hops

Belgian Saison – 6.4% ABV – 24.5 IBU
Originally brewed as a sanitary, light bodied and refreshing lunch-time drink for country side farmhands in the region of Wallonia. Farmhouse ales have evolved over time and are now know for their medium-body refreshing flavor and high carbonation content.
“Mind the Gap" - 6.50
IPA – 6.2% ABV – 60.3 IBU
Modeled after some of the first India Pale Ales ever shipped out of Southampton, this IPA is brewed with crystal malts, and hopped with copious amounts of Golding Hops to mimic that very first bittersweet elixir first brewed in the 18th Century.
“Patsy’s Octoberfest" - 6.50
German Mãrzen – 6.4% ABV – 22.4 IBU
A traditional German Mãrzen brewed and fermented with imported Hallertau Hops and a German yeast strain, this beer is lagered for eight weeks to provide a smooth, dry finish with subtle sweet notes of caramel…and served in a tall pilsner glass. Octoberfest is here!
“Summer in Brussels” - 5.25
Belgian Wit / Biere Blanche – 5.2% ABV – 9.1 IBU
A specialty Yeast strain and a generous helping of malted Wheat give this White Ale its’ distinct, refreshing profile.

A crowd favorite, this German classic is big, bold, and brewed with heaping amounts of German Pilsner malt, and malted Wheat.
