Patsy Hartigan’s Irish Pub has been the culmination of almost two years of work since Alan Braun and Josh Pietrowski sat in another local bar, the 711 Tavern, on a Wednesday afternoon, and decided to open an Irish Pub together. They luckily talked local entreprenuer and chef, Scott A. Schymik into boarding this crazy train, as well.
